When you create an account, we collect your username and optional email address. If you connect a Kalshi API key, your key credentials are stored encrypted on our servers and used solely to place trades on your behalf.

We collect trading activity data (signals, orders, P&L) to display your performance history.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the ClearRank AI trading agent service
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our AI models using anonymized, aggregated data

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. API credentials are stored with encryption. Passwords are hashed using SHA-256 with a unique salt and never stored in plaintext.

Third-Party Services

ClearRank AI integrates with Kalshi (prediction market exchange) and Anthropic Claude (AI analysis). Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary for the features you use.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@clearrank.ai.
